Business Unit

Corporate Information Technology (IT) partners with each division in KLA-Tencor to develop, engage and promote global enterprise solution leading the way with innovations which meet the business’ needs.

IT is responsible for delivering consultative services in support of our world-wide design engineering teams to meet our strategic objectives of bringing new products to market Better, Faster, and Cheaper.

 KLA-Tencor IT department is responsible for providing solutions to technical and strategic challenges in product development so as to improve product time to market and operational excellence and create a competitive advantage through Information Technology

Responsibilities

SAP Sales Systems Analyst main role is to work with business units in analyzing, identifying, recording and optimizing business processes. Provide support for troubleshooting, bug fixes, and delivering enhancements and projects per agreed SLAs. Recommends new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities. Works on and coordinates multiple SAP deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment.  In addition, the systems analyst will be responsible for the systems configuration (SAP SD and CRM) to support moderate to complex enhancements and projects in SAP. Translates user requirements into SAP functionality, perform unit and integration testing, manage UAT and identify resulting gaps. 

Work with the line-of-business to determine requirements and write functional requirements specifications in an appropriate level of detail. Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customers. Providing a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Documents all BKMs, and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents conducting testing and facilitating user acceptance. Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills required - high level English language communication skill, oral and written at peer and to senior level management. Demonstrated accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints.


Develop solutions for Sales and other business functions to improve operational excellence, grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction.  The right candidate will be a dynamic and energetic individual who is very passionate about delivering rich and powerful solutions that drive substantially improved decision speed and quality and enable substantial improvement in business results.  The position responsibilities include: working and communicating with the line of business, collecting and analyzing requirements, creating project plans, developing application solutions, and following through to ensure successful adoption and that targeted values are fully realized. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 6 years as a hands-on Sales consultant/analyst
  • Strong and proven knowledge and expertise with SAP SD and CRM

  • BI Reporting experience preferred (Webi, Lumira, Analysis for Office, Tableau, QlikView) 
  • Sharepoint and SAP GTS are a plus
